TACC Celebratory Events

The Tullahoma Chamber is excited to celebrate milestones with New Members or Current Members! These events are a great way to introduce or re-introduce yourself to the community, attract potential customers to your business, share updates/facility tours with attendees, and get acquainted with fellow chamber members.

  • Basic Ribbon Cutting - Complimentary within first year of membership - Event marketing is included in the Chamber's weekly digital newsletter and social media, local media are invited to report the event [the Chamber cannot guarantee the event attendance by the media], the Chamber will provide a staff member to facilitate your ceremony, large ceremonial scissors and keepsake ribbon are provided, and a series of digital photos of your ribbon cutting ceremony to be posted on Chamber’s social media.
  • Member Plus Package - $75 - Event marketing is included in the Chamber's weekly digital newsletter and social media, local media are invited to report the event [the Chamber cannot guarantee the event attendance by the media], the Chamber will provide a staff member to facilitate your ceremony, large ceremonial scissors and keepsake ribbon are provided, an album of digital event photos of your ribbon cutting ceremony to be posted on Chamber’s social media, and a 30-60-second video "Reel" will be shared on the Tullahoma Chamber’s social media with your business being tagged when applicable. A one-time fee of $75 is charged for a Member Plus Ribbon-Cutting. 
 
  • Open House - $50 - Event marketing is included in the Chamber's weekly digital newsletter and social media, the Chamber will provide a staff member to be in attendance, an album of event photos will be shared on the Tullahoma Chamber’s social media with your business being tagged when applicable. A one-time fee of $50 is charged for an Open House.

 

Plan event at least two weeks in advance. Requests will be considered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Ribbon cuttings cannot be held on a holiday or the same day as a scheduled chamber event. Dates will be held or added to the Chamber calendar once this form is completed in full. If a requested date is not available members will be contacted with the next available date.

Please list your preferred date(s) and time for your event - We recommend you list more than one date. Ribbon cuttings are typically held Monday-Friday at 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM. We will try to accommodate special requests when we are able. Any applicable fees must be paid by the event date to guarantee services. The Chamber cannot guarantee attendance outside of our staff at your event.

It is suggested that you invite your clients, neighbors, family, friends, and colleagues, and promote your event on social media and to other groups you may be a part of. Facility tours and reception are recommended.

Please include as much information as possible so we may best promote this event. Will you provide light refreshments or event catering? What prize(s) will you give away? Will you have any special promotions, tours  or activities during the event? Is there a special guest present? Please list anything notable for the benefit of attendees.
